Essam Nessim, Manager, Solutions Consulting at Diabsolut
As a manager of solutions consulting at Diabsolut and with over 17 years of experience, Essam brings a wide range of experience in various domains including presales, marketing, product marketing, and sales. His passion to craft solutions that fit customers’ requirements is a major driver for his work. Essam’s focus is on the Diabsolut’s revenue practice that includes Certinia applications (PSA and ERP) and Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ and Billing).
Peter McMullan, Solutions Consultant at Diabsolut
As a seasoned member of the Pre-Sales team, Peter brings an expertise in service management, focusing on field service and improving operations within service organizations. His background in engineering gives him a fresh, solution-driven perspective that he leverages to analyze problems. Peter proves himself to be a trusted advisor to Diabsolut and customers through his understanding of business analysis, process improvement, development, and configuration in designing and demonstrating tailored solutions.
Sean Docherty, Solutions Consultant at Diabsolut
As a Solution Consultant and member of Diabsolut’s Sales Enablement team, Sean supports his clients through identifying solutions and best practices across the lead-to-cash process. He focuses on providing client’s value through communicating the benefits of systems in a digestible manner and what to prioritize for an implementation. His experience lies in Certinia and Salesforce Revenue Cloud products giving him exposure to a range of clients from different industries and geographies.
Luca Cigana-Boies, Solutions Consultant at Diabsolut
Luca’s background and skills make him a valuable asset in his role as an Solutions Consultant in the Pre-Sales team at Diabsolut. With a strong foundation in marketing, Luca brings a unique perspective to the team, enabling him to understand the needs and challenges of clients. Luca has been with Diabsolut for a little over a year, starting off with the Support team has honed his problem-solving abilities and strengthened his customer-centric approach.
