Diabsolut Joins the Salesforce FDE Partner Network

Diabsolut named official member of the Salesforce FDE Partner Network for Forward Deployed Engineering Diabsolut is now a member of the Salesforce FDE Partner Network, the select group of Forward Deployed Engineering partners that Salesforce trains and backs to move Agentforce projects from pilot into production. For Salesforce customers, the membership answers a practical question: once the demo is over, who gets your agents live and keeps them performing?

Salesforce launched the network on April 15, 2026, with Accenture and Deloitte as launch partners, joined by more than 30 other firms. According to Salesforce, selection prioritizes technical rigor and production results over firm size or tenure, and member firms have driven a third of all successful Agentforce implementations to date. We’re proud to be on that list, and clear on what it asks of us.

Stephen Timms Chief Executive Officer

“Joining the Salesforce FDE Partner Network is a big moment for Diabsolut. We became our own agentic Customer Zero before asking customers to trust us with theirs, and this recognition reflects that investment. Now we’re putting everything we learned to work for our customers: measurable outcomes, reached faster, through better processes, stronger teams, and AI they can rely on in production.”

What is Forward Deployed Engineering?

Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) is a delivery model where consultants sit with the customer’s team and take a priority use case all the way to a live, compliant AI agent. Salesforce describes it as outcome-based teams working side by side with customers, sprinting from a priority use case to a live agent. The teams stay accountable after go-live, and that accountability is often lost in a traditional project handoff.

Salesforce’s reference model for an FDE engagement has four parts. Each one targets a common reason AI projects stall:

  • Solution architecture design: data connections, permissions, and compliance controls are defined before any build starts
  • Agentic design: every decision, action, and escalation path is mapped, with trust guardrails set before the build phase
  • Go-live and hypercare: engineers stay engaged after launch to monitor agent behavior and fine-tune for sustained performance
  • Adoption and change management: readiness and onboarding plans, because people won’t use an agent they don’t trust

Salesforce built the model for a reason. IDC research predicts that over a third of organizations will stay stuck in experimental, point-solution AI. Plenty of teams can make a pilot look good in a demo. Far fewer have the foundation to run their business on it.

What FDE membership changes for our customers

Members get specialized Salesforce training and a direct line to internal product teams, plus roadmap insight that helps de-risk deployments. Salesforce also measures network partners on agents reaching production. That’s the same standard you should hold your own investment to: what runs, and what it delivers.

That training builds on more than 20 years of Salesforce delivery in service operations and on Delivery Intelligence™, our human-led, AI-accelerated delivery approach. Data readiness is part of every engagement from the first conversation. Governance is too: AgentGuard defines how agents behave, escalate, and improve before they reach production. At one leading post-secondary institution, that approach took Agentforce Service AI response quality from under 10% to 82.5% in less than 90 days.

Forward Deployed Prototyping: how our FDE engagements start

FDE describes how agents get to production. Forward Deployed Prototyping (FDP) is Diabsolut’s pre-sales method for building a working, tailored Salesforce prototype for a specific customer before any contract is signed, so they can reach a confident yes before that work begins.

A working prototype you shape from the first demo

Every FDP prototype is built around one customer: their industry, their terminology, and the outcomes they’ve named, ready within 24 to 48 hours. It’s a working org, so teams can click through it, question it, and ask for changes, and we make those changes live during the demo. Nothing from that session gets thrown away. The prototype feeds directly into the solution we go on to build. The people who will use it every day help design it from the first meeting, and the final build fits how their team works.

Built to hand over, with you holding the keys

We keep custom code out unless the customer explicitly approves it, which keeps technical debt low and the org maintainable by your own team. When a customer moves forward, the prototype moves into a sandbox for testing, then into their production org.

Where FDP fits today

FDP covers Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud. It works best for new Salesforce customers and first-phase projects.

Why we prototype in our own environment

Building directly in a customer’s org requires authorization. The customer first has to select a vendor, sign agreements, and grant access, and each of those steps adds weeks. Some build activity can also consume platform capacity that the customer pays for. A Diabsolut-owned environment removes both obstacles, so you can evaluate a working version before you commit budget or grant access.

What this means for your Salesforce investment

A prototype lets you succeed or fail fast, saving time and money before committing to a target use case or outcome. Suppose a target outcome can’t be reached with the products on the table. You find out in the first week, before an SOW is signed, rather than months into a project.

Scope stays honest as well. We build only with the products you’re being offered, so nobody gets excited about something outside the budget. Then we show what phase two and phase three could look like when they’re layered on top. When a Salesforce solution engineer needs a deeper, custom demo, we share the prototype org with them, and nothing built there is lost later.

FORWARD DEPLOYED PROTOTYPING

See your Salesforce solution before you sign

Our place in the FDE Partner Network confirms what our customers already expect from us: production results, measured by outcomes. FDP lets us show that before you sign anything. If you’re weighing a Salesforce or Agentforce investment and want to see it working in your own language first, tell us the outcomes you’re after, and we’ll show you a working prototype built around your team.

Forward-Deployed Engineering and Prototyping FAQ

It’s a network Salesforce launched in April 2026 of partners selected for their Agentforce delivery track record. Salesforce extends its internal engineering training to these partners and measures them on agents reaching production.

FDE is the engineering model that takes an AI agent from use case to production inside the customer’s environment. FDP is Diabsolut’s pre-contract prototyping method. It shows a customer a tailored, working Salesforce org within 24 to 48 hours so they can decide quickly and confidently.

Nothing beyond attending the meeting. We build from information shared by the Salesforce account team, and the more we know about your target outcomes, the closer the prototype will match.

It’s designed first for new Salesforce customers and first-phase projects. Existing orgs usually need some access and research up front, so the prototype fits what’s already in place.
