Modernize what you’ve already built,
OUR MANIFESTO
We believe the way forward is modernizing what you have built: capitalizing on the people, the processes, and the position you already hold, and pulling out the potential that has been there all along.
Picture your business as a country you have spent years building: its people, its processes, its infrastructure. Every so often, a revolution redraws the map. Agentic AI is this one, and it decides who moves center stage and who slips behind.
WHAT IS AGENTIC AI
Powerful helpers, working as
one connected system
Agents work inside the processes that run your business: deciding, doing the task, and handing off to a person when judgment matters.
The AI model behind tools like Claude or ChatGPT is an engine. An agent is the car built around it. One car helps. A connected set of them changes how the business runs.
Making those connections hold together is real engineering, and it is what we do best. More than twenty years delivering service and field operations on Salesforce, now focused on making agents collaborate inside it.

WE’VE DONE IT ON OURSELVES FIRST
Diabsolut was
Customer Zero
Before we put the agentic playbook in front of a client, we ran it on Diabsolut. Our own marketing, delivery, and sales operations were the first place these agents went live, with the same data work, the same guardrails, and the same outcome tracking we bring to you. We hit the same messy data, the same change resistance, and the same governance questions you will.

01
Business outcomes focus
CARS, THEN TRUCKS
Success is a business result, not a go-live. It is the destination you point every agent at, and the first use cases decide whether you hit it.
What we do: We advise on which use cases to run first, then track every agent against the outcome.
02
Process review
OLD VS. NEW ROADS
Before anything gets built, your processes get examined: their decisions, exceptions, and handoffs, and where agents fit. Map the roads before you pave them.
What we do: We review your processes and map them into agentic workflows on Salesforce and Agentforce, with the handoff points designed in.
03
Data foundation
FUEL QUALITY
Data is the fuel agents run on. Scattered or stale data has to become one current source.
What we do: We connect and clean data across your systems, so every agent works from the same facts.
04
Composable build
CARS YOU CAN SERVICE
You’re building for change. Priorities, tools, and needs keep moving, and the system has to keep up.
What we do: We build the most connected system we can, then keep it easy to open the hood and swap a part as things change.
05
Governance
RULES OVER SPEED
Before agents scale, you need full visibility and control over what they do.
What we do: We put lane lines and guardrails on every agent: scoped permissions, audit trails, and hard limits, so each action stays logged and reversible.
06
Human in the loop
HANDS ON THE WHEEL
People move from doing the work to supervising it. They keep the wheel, and have to trust the agents to drive.
What we do: We build in the human gates and run the accountability, adoption, and change management.
We build your agentic system on the most reliable platform out there
and integrate it with solutions you already use for a seamless user experience.

In this new agentic era, success isn't a launch date anymore. It's the value your agents keep delivering long after go-live.
Our estimate: about 40% of the work happens before go-live and 60% after, through agent iteration, human enablement, business process improvements, and more. We’re with our customers for the whole transformation, end to end.
3 ways we do things differently: before, during, and after go-live
BEFORE
Agent charters
We set each agent’s charter up front, drawn from the ideal process: what it does, how it behaves, and the limits it stays inside, before anything gets built.
DURING
Delivery Intelligence™
Our human-led, AI-accelerated delivery, tightening the agent week by week as it is built (the approach described above).
AFTER
Post-go-live governance and optimization that monitors every agent and keeps it improving long after launch.
Proof from the field
Two recent go-lives show what agentic work looks like once it is running in production.

REAL LEARNINGS FROM EXPERIENCE
What we'd tell you over coffee
Lessons learned from collaborating with our customers on their agentic transformation.
01
Start with a process that hurts, not the one that demos well
The flashy use case rarely survives contact with real data. Pick the process people complain about, prove value there, and the rest of the org stops asking whether this is real.
02
Data debt kills agents faster than bad prompts
Nine times out of ten, an agent that misbehaves isn’t badly built. It’s reading bad data. Spend the time on the foundation before you blame the model.
03
Where the agent stops matters as much as what it does
Design the handoff points at the same time as the automation, not after it. What stays human is as much a part of the workflow as what the agent runs.
04
Don’t wait for an incident: govern from day one
Retrofitting audit trails and permissions onto agents already in production is painful and expensive. Build the guardrails while the agent is small.
05
The second agent is easier than the first
Once the data foundation, the workflows, and the governance are in place for one agent, the next one reuses most of it. The program speeds up as it grows.
FAQ
Questions we hear a lot
No. A chatbot answers questions. An agent takes action inside your systems: updating a record, dispatching a technician, resolving a case, then escalating to a person when it should. The value is in what it does, not what it says.
Not perfect, but honest. Part of getting there is grounding the data behind the specific process you’re automating. We scope that work up front so there are no surprises once agents go live.
It depends on the process and the state of your data. The exploration call gives you a scoped view of your first agent and a realistic timeline. We’d rather give you a real one than a comfortable one.
That’s exactly what the governance layer is for. Every agent runs inside scoped permissions with full audit trails and hard limits, using our AgentGuard approach. You can see every action, understand why it happened, and stop an agent instantly.
We build on Salesforce and Agentforce, with integration through MuleSoft and services delivery on Certinia where it fits. As a Salesforce Summit Partner with 20+ years of delivery, that’s the ground we know best.
Start with the exploration call. If the honest answer is that the data or the process isn’t ready yet, we’ll tell you, and we’ll tell you what to fix first. No pressure to buy a step you don’t need.
