The Challenge

A provider of high-quality, affordable housing and housing services to communities and groups in need was seeking assistance with their Salesforce solution. They were using two separate Salesforce orgs (individual copies of their solution) for different purposes, with one being used exclusively for their business development team and the other for their community impact team. Salesforce’sNonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) had been implemented by a previous implementation partner but was not being fully utilized.
