North American Salesforce Consulting Partners

In 2003, Diabsolut started out as a partner with ClickSoftware. We began with a few incredibly dedicated resources servicing a single customer.  We had one goal in mind and that was to find a better way to deliver successful field service management projects to our customers and to make each one a reference. We’re proud to say that making our customers a success is something that helped us from the start, guided us along the way and is still our mission today.

A few years later we acquired the Results Group, a sales consulting organization, providing best of breed Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions.  In 2008, we became a Salesforce consulting partner in Toronto and Montreal focused on small and medium sized businesses. As we quickly expanded our practice to include working with Enterprises and Higher Education, we branded our Salesforce line of business as Diabsolut Cloud Solutions in 2013.

In 2020, following the acquisition of ClickSoftware by Salesforce, we merged Diabsolut Field Service Management and Diabsolut Cloud solutions to combine our strengths and expertise to deliver maximum value for our clients.

In 2021, Diabsolut acquired Foundry52, Revenue Cloud experts who transform revenue processes with Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Billing, Service, and Certinia ERP. This addition to the Diabsolut family not only reinforces our commitment to Salesforce but also furthers our mission to provide more complete end-to-end solutions and a 360-degree experience for our customers.

Continuing that mission to grow our solution knowledge and capabilities in order to better service our customers, on August 1st, 2022, Diabsolut acquired Emelar Consulting Group. Emelar’s experience in manufacturing, field service, and revenue management, combined with Diabsolut’s enterprise-level expertise — enabled us to build on the high-quality level of services we offer, particularly those related to Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, Billing, Salesforce Field Service, and Service Cloud.

Today, we have more than 185 people in 40 locations globally including Montreal, Toronto, Edmonton, Regina, Vancouver, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Detroit, Madison, Portland, San Jose, as well as Bangalore, Philippines, and London dedicated to making each of our customers a success.
