Application Development Services (ADS)

Application Development Services provides the customer with the ability to request enhancements to their solution without the need to create a new Statement of Work (SOW) or project for each piece of work.  The annual fee for Application Development Services includes a bucket of hours (based on customer needs) that can be used for On Demand Advisory, On Demand Solution Architecture and Standard Project services. The hours are provided at a discount to the standard rates for the client and reduce the management costs for work.

On Demand Advisory

Provides Customer access to Process, change management or training related advisory services. Subject Matter Experts from each domain can help the customer plan, design and execute each domain.

On Demand Solution Architecture

Provides Customer access to solution, process or technical related advisory services. The Subject Matter Expertise to be provided will be focused on addressing questions coming from end users or the Customer's application support team to validate functional or system behavior.

Standard Project Services

The services that fall under this category are targeted at small scale Improvements that address single business requirements. The service covers all stages of project execution from requirements gathering to go-live.
