We engaged with Diabsolut to assist with the implementation of an automated material transport solution for water hauling. They brought innovative ideas to leverage an out-of-the-box configuration to deliver a limited pilot to our Permian asset in 9 weeks.

This solution was run as a pilot for a few months and allowed us to gain overall visibility into the workflow, enforce system validations to reduce costs, and implement a cost-effective callout process.

A major US oil and gas company needed a water hauling solution that could easily integrate with their field service solution to provide the tools and data needed to optimize processes, bring checks and balances into vendor relationships, and reduce costs. A Diabsolut custom solution, our Material Transport Solution ISV app (formerly known as our Oil Field Water Hauling App™) was used to resolve the client’s pain points and meet their business requirements. While our Material Transport Solution works natively with the Salesforce platform to allow automatic integration with Salesforce Field Service, a version native to Click Field Service Edge (FSE) —the client’s field service management solution —was the original version of this accelerated time to value app.

Field service and technology expertise was vital in the creation of this application and resulted in an easy to install and replicate solution that could achieve benefits and ROI quickly.
