The Solution

Diabsolut designed and delivered a secure, detail-oriented CPQ and Billing solution to replace the organization’s previous systems of QuickBooks Online and Chargebee. The implementation included the integration of Authorize.net as the new payment gateway for seamless credit card processing, replacing Stripe. To enhance quoting accuracy, Conga Quote Generation was integrated with CPQ, while milestone-based billing was established to align with the organization’s cash flow schedule. Avalara was configured to ensure accurate tax calculation and compliance, and CPQ was connected with DocuSign to enable fast and secure e-signatures. These integrations and enhancements collectively streamlined core revenue operations, reduced manual intervention, and provided a scalable foundation for financial processes.

The solution emphasized efficiency, automation, and data integrity through a collaborative data migration process, custom reporting, and real-time dashboards. Order fulfillment integration was implemented to eliminate manual workflows, while multi-currency support expanded financial functionality. A CPQ quote approval workflow and modified invoice formats further optimized revenue management. To safeguard sensitive data, Diabsolut configured three unique user groups and applied organization-wide security settings, ensuring compliance and protection for 20 dedicated U.S.-based users. This holistic solution not only modernized the organization’s financial ecosystem but also strengthened operational control and decision-making through automation, visibility, and enhanced security.
