The Challenge
A manufacturer of custom cleaning systems was seeking a replacement for their quoting solution, as it was no longer able to meet modern expectations or keep up with their customers’ unique needs. Their customers’ industries range from Food and Beverage to Biotech-Pharmaceuticals —so the replacement would need to be highly configurable and flexible, in order to accommodate the wide variety of customization involved when providing quotes for their products and services.
