At Diabsolut, we are dedicated to supporting the growth and advancement of our female employees. One of our most impactful initiatives is the Speed Mentoring Program, which aims to connect our talented female team members with experienced leaders for guidance, support, and career development.
What Is the Speed Mentoring Program?
The Speed Mentoring Program provides mentorship opportunities to our female employees. The goal is to help participants navigate their career paths, learn from the experiences of our leaders, and build strong networks within the organization. It’s a dynamic platform where mentees engage in focused group discussions with mentors.
How We Make It Happen
Each time we plan the speed mentoring program, we follow several phases. We reach out to potential mentors within the organization to discuss the program goals and expectations. Female leaders with knowledge and experience are recruited as mentors. Mentors provide brief bios, including professional backgrounds and expertise. We schedule speed mentoring sessions for mentors and mentees.
The Experience for Mentees
When the program kicks off, mentees receive quick reference guides to familiarize themselves with their mentors. The sessions proceed in a “speed dating” style where mentors and mentees rotate, allowing for interactions with multiple mentors in the same session. The mentors share their insights, career journeys, and advice, helping mentees gain different perspectives on their professional growth.
Evaluating Impact and Driving Growth
Once the sessions conclude, we gather feedback from all participants to assess the program’s effectiveness. Consistently, we receive positive responses from both mentors and mentees who find the sessions enriching, empowering, and valuable.
