Joe Diab, CEO & Founder
As the CEO & Founder of Diabsolut, Joe Diab’s most important role has been that of lead strategist; setting the future direction of the company, acting as an ambassador to clients, a coach to his team, and a solutions architect, helping to resolve clients’ biggest business challenges.
An entrepreneur for the better part of 25 years, Joe has maintained a keen focus on technology for more than 20 years, specializing in field service management, customer relationship management, human resource management information systems and business consulting.
Joe’s entrepreneurial experience spans diverse sectors ranging from restaurant ownership, banking, forex trading, investor relations to software sales. Despite the diversity of these roles, a common denominator remains consistent throughout his career; his commitment to delivering solutions that contribute to his clients’ success and developing long-term, customer relationships.
For over 20 years, Joe has dedicated his time as a volunteer, serving on several boards within the YMCA of Quebec and several other charitable organizations. Joe still leads and motivates large groups in spin classes 3 times a week as a volunteer at his local Y, and actively participates in local fundraising campaigns.
A keen gardener and foodie, Joe lives in the West Island of Montreal with his son and enjoys traveling, spending quality time with his family, mentoring and being a lifelong student of business and people.
