The Challenge

After acquiring the ecofriendly brand MakeUp Eraser (MUE), an internationally recognized company in its own right, JAPONESQUE was seeking guidance when it came to updating and integrating MUE’s order and sales management—along with laying the groundwork for future expansion.

The Solution

While both JAPONESQUE and MUE were used to dealing with large volume sales, the merger and acquisition of MUE raised several technical and operational concerns. Namely, although JAPONESQUE usesSalesforce and Certinia and MUE was also using them post acquisition —the transition of MUE’s data was not going smoothly.

It became obvious they would need to look for another partner to help handle finishing the data integration, as well as updating and consolidating their sales and order management processes.Having previously found success with Diabsolut’s team, they once again brought them on board to find a solution.
