Traditionnellement, les OSP se concentrent sur la gestion de projet, la prestation de services et l\u2019expertise en conseil. Cependant, l&rsquo;\u00e9mergence de la r\u00e9ussite client en tant que discipline distincte au sein des organisations ax\u00e9es sur les services pr\u00e9sente de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s pour am\u00e9liorer les r\u00e9sultats clients, favoriser les partenariats \u00e0 long terme et stimuler une croissance durable.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La r\u00e9ussite client dans un environnement OSP diff\u00e8re de sa fonction dans les entreprises bas\u00e9es sur SaaS. Alors que les entreprises SaaS se concentrent sur l\u2019adoption, la r\u00e9tention et l\u2019expansion des abonnements logiciels des produits, les OSP sont davantage ax\u00e9es sur les services et les relations. Pour un PSO, le r\u00f4le de la r\u00e9ussite client consiste moins \u00e0 garantir l&rsquo;utilisation du produit (puisque l&rsquo;\u00e9diteur de logiciels adopte d\u00e9j\u00e0 cette approche) qu&rsquo;\u00e0 fournir une valeur continue gr\u00e2ce aux services, \u00e0 favoriser la confiance des clients et \u00e0 aider les organisations \u00e0 atteindre leurs objectifs commerciaux en constante \u00e9volution. Tout au long de ma carri\u00e8re, que ce soit dans mes fonctions pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes ou en travaillant avec d&rsquo;innombrables clients, j&rsquo;ai remarqu\u00e9 un th\u00e8me r\u00e9current. J&rsquo;ai travaill\u00e9 avec diverses organisations, notamment un int\u00e9grateur de syst\u00e8mes, un fabricant <\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">OEM<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> et un partenaire de mise en \u0153uvre de Salesforce, et dans chacune d&rsquo;elles, il manquait quelque chose\u202f: un d\u00e9partement d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 la r\u00e9ussite client.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">J&rsquo;ai pu constater par moi-m\u00eame comment les \u00e9quipes commerciales se concentrent naturellement sur la conclusion de la prochaine transaction et comment les \u00e9quipes de service se concentrent sur la r\u00e9alisation du projet en cours. Mais ce qui est souvent n\u00e9glig\u00e9, c&rsquo;est le succ\u00e8s \u00e0 long terme du client, notamment lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit de soutenir ses objectifs strat\u00e9giques lors de sa transformation num\u00e9rique. Cela cr\u00e9e un \u00e9cart qui peut \u00eatre facilement combl\u00e9 en ayant une \u00e9quipe uniquement concentr\u00e9e sur la garantie du succ\u00e8s continu des clients dans toutes les initiatives.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">R\u00e9cemment, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/diabsolut.com\/?lang=fr\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Diabsolut<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> a reconnu cette valeur et nous avons pris des mesures pour combler cette lacune en cr\u00e9ant notre propre d\u00e9partement de r\u00e9ussite client.
