For best exhibiting the category requirements of consistently showing a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction, over an extended period of time, Diabsolut secured the top honor for Customer Service Excellence at this year’s Paragon Business awards.
MONTRÉAL, QUEBEC, CANADA – APRIL 10TH, 2014 – The Paragon Business Excellence Awards, presented by the Regina & District Chamber of Commerce, has announced that Diabsolut has been selected as the winner of the Customer Service Excellence Award for 2014.
Diabsolut views their client’s success as their own success, and have started several initiatives solely based on customer service and client satisfaction, including their:
- Continuous Improvement Program – This program is built on a foundation of regular communication and ensuring business transformation objectives of system integration, productivity gains, and ROI.
- Customer Satisfaction Survey – An annual survey targeted to existing clients to rate levels of satisfaction across multiple services. Results showed a high percentage of satisfaction in Customer Service, Professionalism, and Understanding Customer Needs.
- Customer Advisory Board – Bringing industry thought leaders together to gather new information on their forecasted opportunities, based on top industry challenges, trends and their end-customer demands.
- Center of Innovation – A division dedicated to the development of inventive solutions, built to overcome clients’ most challenging organizational issues .
In addition, all employees are awarded an annual training budget to ensure skills augmentation and updated certifications to reinforce corporate values, commitment to meet both the highest ethical standards, and client demands.
The Paragon Awards Ceremony took place at the Queensbury Convention Center, in Regina, SK, on the evening of Friday, April 4th. Judging for the award was conducted by The Paragon Awards Selection Committee, which consisted of a panel of ten anonymous and independent individuals. The final tabulation of the results was by done by Meyers Norris Penny.
